We accept payment through Paypal only.

DELIVERY
All items for UK delivery are sent by first class Royal Mail service. For the rest of Europe, International standard postage is used. We can offer next day guaranteed delivery at extra charge if required, please contact us for more details. All items listed in the shop are all in stock and I would aim to post out as soon as payment is made.

International orders are charged accordingly and maybe liable to local import duty which is the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS
We pride ourselves on making very high quality items. However if you wish to make a return, we are happy to offer a full refund if you are not completely satisfied or just changed your mind. It must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in unused condition. The return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is damaged or faulty, in which case we will reimburse the postage via Paypal. Please keep proof of postage from your Post Office.
